Before you arrive

Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Guests must inform the hotel of their arrival time in advance. Private check-in and check-out is available.
Check-out: From 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
Children: Children are welcome. Guests aged 13 and over are charged as adults. Cots and extra beds are not available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parking & transfers: Free private parking on site, with valet parking and a parking garage. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an additional charge.
Languages: Our team speaks Arabic, English, and French. The front desk is open 24 hours.
