The front desk is open 24 hours, private check-in and check-out is available, and baggage storage, a tour desk, currency exchange, and car rental are all handled in-house. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an additional charge.

There are two swimming pools on the property, including an outdoor pool with a view and a separate shallow kids' pool, so younger children can splash within sight of the loungers.
